In our lovely 4-person shared apartment in Dossenheim, located near the Petrus church, a cozy, bright, and welcoming room is becoming available on October 1st. The room, approximately 22 square meters, is furnished with light, white, and modern furniture, offering a hassle-free option to move in immediately and feel comfortable. Currently, three rooms are rented to women. Therefore, we are also looking for a female roommate for the available room, who is looking for a harmonious living environment in a women-only shared apartment. The apartment features a large communal kitchen with a modern built-in kitchen, as well as a cozy dining area for four people. In addition, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a separate guest toilet. A special highlight of the apartment is the large, beautiful balcony, which can be used communally by the residents and offers additional space for relaxation.
