Starting November 1st, 2026, a furnished room will be available for rent in a well-maintained shared apartment with three residents.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family building. The room will be rented furnished and is already equipped with the essential furniture.

If you are interested, please send us a brief introduction with some information about yourself, your current occupation, and your desired move-in date.

Viewings are possible by prior appointment.

The room is located in the Galgenhof district, south of the city center of Nuremberg. Shops for daily necessities are within walking distance. The area offers several supermarkets, a pharmacy, as well as cafes and restaurants. The Südstadtpark and the Südstadt swimming pool are also nearby.

The Celtisplatz tram stop is about a two-minute walk away. The Nuremberg main train station can be reached on foot in approximately six minutes. From there, connections are available to the subway, S-Bahn (commuter rail), tram, as well as regional and long-distance trains. This makes both the city center and other districts easily accessible.
