House for sale, 151 m², land: 1,106 m².

The house we brought back from Bali – Žalhostice near Litoměřice.

A house open to the garden, with water nearby, evenings spent outdoors by the fire, and mornings filled with silence, where you can only hear the birds and the wind in the fruit trees. In 2017, we got married in Bali, and we brought back with us a vision of how we wanted to live and what our home would look like. Two years later, we began building that vision in Žalhostice, with a view of the Czech Central Highlands. We didn't build a house for sale, but a house for ourselves. What we built:

A wooden house with 5 rooms and a kitchen, built in 2021, with a layout designed according to Feng Shui principles. The ground floor is one open space – a living room, kitchen, and dining area, which leads to a covered terrace with a pergola. In addition, there's a study, a utility room, a dressing room, and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are bedrooms with dressing rooms, two children's rooms, and a bathroom. The garden is like a second living room: a saltwater pool with a roof, a fire pit, fruit trees, and a separate garden studio – a place for work, exercise, or entertaining guests. The house is designed to be self-sufficient. It features solar panels, a heat pump, and a controlled ventilation system with heat recovery. We'd be happy to show you the specific operating costs; we won't just copy them from a catalog. Why are we selling? We want to travel while the children are still young. That's the only reason. The house is complete; there's nothing left to add or hide. Here's how we're handling the sale:
We are selling the house ourselves, without the involvement of a real estate agency, and we're taking our time. We're looking for people who will appreciate this lifestyle as much as we do. That's why we haven't included dozens of photos in the advertisement, but instead, we've created a website where you can find the entire story of the house, a complete photo gallery, a 3D tour, floor plans, and all the technical specifications. Please send us a message with a few words about yourself, and we'll send you a link. We are offering the house in two options: either as is, or including most of the original furnishings, so you can essentially move in with just your personal belongings. We will explain the details of both options in person. We kindly request that real estate agencies do not contact us.
