Room for rent in a female-only shared apartment, located in northern Stuttgart, next to the DHBW (University of Cooperative Education).

In a large shared apartment (approximately 150 m²) on the first floor, five rooms will become available starting in October 2026. We are looking for female roommates for a women-only shared living arrangement.

The rooms (approximately 13–19 m²) are bright, have large windows, and are rented unfurnished – you will furnish your room yourself. Each room will have its own lease agreement directly with the landlord.

The following areas are shared:
- Kitchen with island (stove, oven, extractor hood), refrigerators, freezer, and kitchen cabinets
- Dining area with table and chairs
- Washing machine in the apartment
- Bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a separate toilet
- Hallway/Entrance area

Conditions per room:
- Cold rent: €360
- Utilities package: €150 (including stairwell cleaning)
- Heating package: €140
- Total rent: €650 per month
- Internet and garbage fees are paid by the tenant
- Security deposit: 3 months' cold rent (€1,080), payable in 3 installments
- Notice period for tenants: 3 months
- No pets allowed
