I am looking for a tenant for my apartment, which is located in a prime location in Essen. The apartment, with three rooms, is ideal for a shared living arrangement, a couple, or a family with 1 or 2 children.

It is bright, spacious, and perfectly laid out: it features a large hallway from which you can access every room in the apartment. The apartment is perfect for doctors, nurses, or other staff at the University Hospital, or for those living in Essen who prefer a central location. It is also suitable for commuters who work in Essen during the week.
