The shared apartment is located on Karlstraße / Buchhornplatz – just one street back from the waterfront promenade. You can't get any more central than this in Friedrichshafen!
Right outside the door: the harbor train station (bus and ferry), bars, cafes, supermarkets, a co-working space, and the library.
Quick access to the campus (DHBW & ZU Fallenbrunnen / Lake Campus): Only 15 minutes by bike or 21 minutes by bus (direct connection).
🚗 Parking
Resident parking permit in the neighborhood, or a parking space in the "Sportspark" parking garage (€65/month) with a shuttle service running every 10 minutes directly to the apartment (only a 6-minute ride).

This shared apartment is particularly suitable for students, interns, and young professionals.
It's especially ideal for existing groups of friends: As the shared apartment is newly established, all rooms are currently available. You can therefore apply as a group, or – while availability lasts – move in together as a group of six.
We are currently in the process of renovating. The furniture in the photos has been added as an example. The layout, rooms, and views have not been altered. The renovation is scheduled to be completed by October 1st, 2026.
The six rooms are between 10-14 square meters in size and will be furnished with high-quality furniture for an additional monthly fee of €30. This includes a bed, desk, office chair, and a wardrobe with sliding doors and a mirror, with a total value of over €1500.
