Completely renovated historical building in the center of Hallstatt.

The individual historical building, dating back to 1535, was completely gutted down to its foundations in 2016 and then completely rebuilt.

The ground floor contains an apartment of approximately 82 square meters. The first floor features a large apartment spanning two floors, with approximately 166 square meters of living space.

The reconstruction was carried out in consultation with the relevant authorities. All windows and exterior doors were custom-made as wooden frames (double-glazed). The roof structure was built using wood fiber insulation panels (140mm) and covered with traditional "Biberschwanz" tiles. The electrical and plumbing systems were completely renewed, and the interior and exterior walls were plastered. Each unit has its own gas heating system with a separate gas tank. The ground floor has underfloor heating, while the attic features radiators and convection heaters.

The sandstone cellar vault has its own entrance and has been completely sandblasted and repointed. The stone slabs were removed and re-laid to create a level surface. A toilet area (separate men's and women's restrooms) has been prepared, as well as space for a storage room and a kitchen area, potentially for catering purposes. This area is not yet fully completed and can still be customized.

Hallstadt is located very close to Bamberg. The building on Bahnhofstraße is situated in the center of Hallstadt. Daily errands can be easily taken care of on foot or by taking the Bamberg city bus. Doctors, schools, a kindergarten, and shops are all within a 5-minute walk.

Despite its central location, the area still retains a sense of proximity to nature and the surrounding countryside.
