A new facility for healthcare, medicine, therapy, sports, and leisure is being developed at the former aluminum foundry, "Altes Schmelzwerk," located at Colsmanstraße 25 in Friedrichshafen. Selected office and healthcare spaces are still available within the medical and healthcare center. The facility is particularly suited for doctors, specialist practices, medical services, and providers in the fields of therapy, rehabilitation, prevention, and health. The available spaces, located in the former office building, are spread across various floors and range from approximately 270 m² to 420 m². The ceiling heights vary by floor, ranging from approximately 2.80 m to 3.13 m. Access is barrier-free, and an elevator is available. As part of a comprehensive renovation, the spaces will be individually tailored to the specific usage concept. The layout, equipment, and finishing can be planned in advance in collaboration with the tenant.
