Both buildings located on the property are part of the historical landmark at Kirchhofstraße 14A and 14B: "The royal supply depot was built around 1860/1870. The building is located directly on the Brandenburg city canal, a canal with locks. The warehouses were constructed using red bricks from Rathenow. The eastern warehouse is five stories high, with five bays, and has a hipped roof. The western building is three stories high and has a truncated hipped roof.
Both buildings have a central projection on the courtyard side. The complex also includes an office building, which is located on Kirchhofstraße along with the surrounding wall. The main building, formerly the royal Prussian supply depot, contains 35 residential units with four full floors, a full basement, an attic that has been converted into living space, and complete utility connections for water/sewage, electricity, broadband cable, as well as outdoor areas with paving, garbage disposal areas, and courtyards. The adjacent building, formerly the eastern warehouse, contains 13 residential units, two full floors, and is also fully connected to the city's utilities.

The main train station is located south of the complex and is reachable in 7 minutes. The Neustadt market square serves as the cultural and commercial center of this district.
