Upon request, we offer a fantastic, stylish, and modern furnishing package (for an additional monthly fee). This allows you to move in immediately without having to transport or assemble heavy furniture. If you prefer to bring your own furniture, we can dismantle our furniture and store it for you.

High-speed internet and digital TV are available for €15 per month.
Our utility costs are a truly "all-inclusive" package, including water, heating, building cleaning, snow removal, etc. – a fixed and predictable amount.

We are looking for long-term tenants who value a positive and harmonious rental relationship and are willing to commit to a lease of at least one year, preferably longer.

Before finalizing any lease agreement, we are required to check your creditworthiness. If you have any negative entries on your credit report, please let us know before scheduling a viewing.
