The entire floor is currently being completely renovated and redesigned, so that everything will be fresh and modern by October 1st. Available room options:

Compact room (approx. 8.5 square meters): €429 all-inclusive rent (fully furnished – ideal for immediate move-in). Spacious rooms (approx. 12 square meters): €439 all-inclusive rent (unfurnished, allowing you to bring your own furniture; can be furnished upon request for an additional €50 per month). Spacious Common Areas & Amenities: High-quality communal spaces are available for shared use:
Fully equipped, branded built-in kitchen
Two daylight bathrooms (one completely new bathroom for a relaxed routine without morning congestion)
Spacious hallways and storage areas
Laundry room in the basement: Professional washing machine and dryer available for optional rental (15€ per month).
