The new tenant is responsible for clearing out the apartment, to the extent they deem necessary. Furniture and furnishings that you like can be taken free of charge; everything else can be disposed of at your discretion. After clearing out, you can then renovate the apartment to your liking, primarily focusing on the walls and flooring. In many cases, after clearing out, simply painting and wallpapering can bring the rooms back to life. The comfortable living room is optimally designed and offers space for your own design ideas.
