Note about the property: It extends along a small stream (the Alsenz), and there is also a small area for relaxation or fishing. I have greatly enjoyed the gentle sound of the water and, occasionally, the quacking of ducks – now I'm moving to the sea.

Some things no longer look quite the same as in the pictures, as I was unable to take much care of the property this year due to a knee operation and the prolonged drought. There is a water connection available for vegetable gardens.
