• Monthly fixed rent: €1500
• Includes heating, electricity, gas, water, TV, Wi-Fi, garbage collection, and radio.
• Minimum rental period: 2 months
• Maximum rental period: 6 months
• Security deposit for 2-3 months rental: 1 month's rent
• Security deposit for 4-6 months rental: 2 months' rent
• The tourist tax is not included in the rental price and amounts to a one-time fee of €102 for the entire stay.
• A one-time cleaning fee of €150 will be charged. This amount will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of the rental period.
• Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash. Card payments are not possible.
