Due to a change in our living situation, we are sadly selling our beautiful garden, which has been lovingly cared for.

The 360 square meter property is located on the outskirts of Taufkirchen. A path made of colorful granite surrounds the garden. There is also a 3x3 meter terrace, perfect for installing a small pool in the summer. The main building (made of 7cm log cabins) has a 6.5 square meter veranda leading to a 17 square meter living area. Inside, there is a small bed that can be converted into a double bed, as well as a small kitchenette with two small refrigerators and a small storage room. Another sleeping area is located in the loft, accessible by a ladder. Two small cabinets provide space for a few changes of clothes. For other needs, the residents of the garden have access to sanitary facilities at the nearby tennis courts. Behind the house, there is a small shed with an extension of 2.5 square meters (built with 5 cm thick log panels). This serves as a small workshop and storage area. Adjacent to this is another small structure (with 4 cm thick log panels) of approximately 6 square meters. Connected to this is a covered area of about 2.5 square meters, which can be used as an additional seating area or barbecue spot. The area is completed by a black, integrated granite slab that serves as a work surface and can also be converted into an outdoor kitchen. The two awnings on the house are electrically operated and can be controlled with a remote control. A 1600-liter rainwater tank is installed underground, and all the rainwater downspouts are professionally connected to it. The water is extracted using a pump that can be connected to a collection shaft on the terrace. In addition, three additional rainwater collection containers can be connected to the downspouts using "rainwater diverters." In the vegetable garden, there are a total of five raised beds: 2 made of aluminum (1 x 2 meters each), 2 made of concrete with a wood-like appearance (1 x 2 meters each), and 1 herb raised bed made of wood (1.20 x 1.30 meters). There is also a small greenhouse for tomatoes (1 x 2 meters). The shower area is paved with natural stone and features a solar shower (which needs to be replaced). In the summer, the planting around the shower and terrace provides privacy, making it secluded from the outside. Throughout the entire allotment garden, there's always something new to discover, whether it's the alpine garden, the herb garden, or the vegetable patch – there's always something to experience. We often have visitors in the form of bees, bumblebees, birds, and squirrels. This year, we even had a blue carpenter bee visiting our garden for the first time. This allotment garden offers the option of joining the gardening association, but it's not mandatory. There are no requirements regarding what or how much you need to grow; everyone can decide for themselves. We have a very good relationship with our neighbors, and we always help each other out when someone is on vacation. We are selling the property with all the furniture and equipment. Water and electricity are metered separately. There is no connection to the public sewer system! The property can be taken over from the end of October. This is a freehold garden with a standard land registry entry.

As you can see, this is a difficult decision for us, and we are looking forward to finding a successor who will love this paradise as much as we do.
