We are renting out a bright and quiet office space of approximately 47 m² on Emserstraße in Berlin-Neukölln. The office has a separate entrance and consists of three well-proportioned rooms. The largest room is bright and quiet and offers space for 2-3 workstations. In addition, there is a separate single office and a meeting room with a large table. The office is rented furnished, as shown in the photos. Desks, office chairs, and meeting furniture are included in the rental price; computers, monitors, and other technical equipment are not. An unfurnished rental is also possible upon request. The office has its own toilet. A shared office kitchen in our neighboring office spaces can be used upon request and is accessible via the building hallway. The rooms have high ceilings, large windows, and a beautiful, traditional building character. The layout makes them very suitable for a small team, an agency, a start-up, or freelancers who need both shared workspaces and a separate room for focused work and meetings.
