The motto of this apartment is to provide a relaxing living experience from day one. Everything you need for comfortable living is already there. You won't waste your free time with the lengthy and tiring process of furnishing an apartment. You don't have to lug furniture, spend precious afternoons in furniture stores, deal with utility companies and internet providers, or hang curtains yourself. I've taken care of all of that for you. The Wi-Fi is set up, towels are in the bathroom, and even the dishes are in the cupboard. You have time for what's important.

THE APARTMENT

Behind the bright hallway with a mirror, the main living area opens up. A comfortable Eames lounge chair invites you to relax. The round table with Vitra cantilever bases by Antonio Citterio offers plenty of space to entertain guests or work. A large Samsung TV is on the dresser, and a cozy sleeping area is fully equipped with bedding. The main living area opens onto a sunny balcony with a table and chairs. The ALNO kitchen is equipped with a Siemens oven, refrigerator-freezer combination, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils, pots, dishes, and cutlery. The bathroom, featuring a bathtub and a rainforest shower, is tiled in white with slate-grey flooring and is fully equipped with a hairdryer, weighing scale, and towels. A storage room with a safe, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies completes the picture. I have furnished the apartment in a way that I could imagine living there myself. It is located in the heart of Bochum city center, yet it is quiet because all the rooms and the balcony face a large courtyard. The balcony faces southwest and receives sunlight from midday until evening.

LOCATION
Just a one-minute walk to the pedestrian zone (Kortum and Huestraße), 100 meters to a large REWE supermarket and a fitness studio, and a seven-minute walk to the main train station. The subway, cafes, doctors, and banks are just around the corner; the Bermuda Triangle, music center, and theater are just a few minutes away. The city park is nearby for a stroll, and the Ruhr University is easily accessible by subway. Parking spaces and underground parking are available for rent behind the building; there is a bicycle storage room in the building, and I can provide a bicycle if desired.

The other tenants in the building are all working professionals, except for one retired couple (IT specialists, a university professor, a teacher, and engineers). The apartment has been recently renovated, is located on the 3rd floor, and is being rented out privately.
