The heating and cooling are provided by a state-of-the-art Dimplex air-to-water heat pump (COP approximately 3.5). Please note that the utility costs listed are estimates. This is a first-time rental following the renovation, so there is no historical data available. Other services, such as stairwell cleaning and snow removal, are available upon request.
