A new two-person shared apartment is being created in a central, historic building in Schwerin – and one of the two rooms could be yours.

The apartment is 42 m² and located on the first floor. It features two rooms of almost equal size, with a hallway, kitchen, and bathroom in between. The ceilings are 3.10 m high, adding to the unique charm. Both rooms are bright and have laminate flooring.

The room is furnished with a bed, desk, and a comfortable office chair. So, you essentially just need to bring your belongings, as the functional built-in kitchen is already there.

You will share the kitchen and bathroom with your roommate. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and plenty of storage space for two people. The bathroom has a shower.

Who would be a good fit here?
Almost anyone. Whether you are a student, in training, just starting your career, doing an internship, or just in Schwerin during the week. The building is quiet and diverse, but we are not looking for a party apartment.

Weststadt. It's a ten-minute walk to the city center, and fifteen minutes to the main train station. There's a supermarket, a bakery, and a few shops just around the corner, and the bus stop is right there.
