We are renting out two interconnected office spaces, totaling approximately 55 square meters, in our shared office in Berlin-Neukölln. We are Weltrecorder, a film and production company, and we work here with a small team in a relaxed and creative office environment. The two rooms are located directly next to each other and form a separate area within the office. A particularly convenient feature: the rooms have a separate entrance, allowing you to work relatively independently from the rest of the office.

Room 1: approximately 40 square meters
Room 2: approximately 15 square meters

The spaces are ideal for a small team, an agency, a production company, a startup, or other creative/commercial uses. We can rent the rooms furnished with desks and good office chairs, as shown in the pictures. Alternatively, they can also be handed over empty. The shared office includes a beautiful, fully equipped office kitchen that can be used. Electricity and internet are already included in the utility fee. Because we are a film and audio production company, there is also a sound booth and editing rooms that can be rented additionally if needed. The location is super central in Neukölln, between the S Hermannstraße and S Neukölln train stations. Both stations are easily accessible on foot. There are numerous cafes, restaurants, and shops in the surrounding area. We value a friendly and approachable atmosphere: we are a nice and uncomplicated office community with a creative work environment – focused work, but not an anonymous office building. Rent for both rooms combined:
