We are offering a very beautiful and well-equipped apartment in a superb location in central Berlin for a fixed term. Due to family reasons, we only want to rent the apartment for a specific period, ranging from a minimum of 1.5 to a maximum of 2 years. After that, we will likely need the apartment for our own purposes. You can apply through the provided address. You can choose the exact rental period, whether it's for 18 months or 24 months – the contract term just needs to be agreed upon from the start. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained apartment building, in a side wing. The quoted rent includes the cost of (normal) heating, (normal consumption of cold and hot water, etc.). You will need to arrange your own contract for electricity and internet. The apartment is not suitable for shared accommodation (a "WG") – it is only suitable for a couple or a single person. As for the layout: you enter the apartment into a hallway, from which the bathroom is accessible. At the end of the hallway, you reach the living/dining room. From there, you can access both the small kitchenette and the bedroom.

The apartment's location is excellent – in the absolute center of Berlin. Within just a few minutes' walk, you'll reach Friedrichstraße train station, from where you can quickly travel anywhere using public transportation. The Reichstag building and Charité hospital are also just a few minutes' walk away, as are supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants.
