The basic rent starts at €1,399.00 plus VAT, plus €240.00 for utilities plus VAT.
The price includes 5 parking spaces.

The warehouse offers good access for trucks. There is 1 roller door with an entrance height of approximately 3.90 m. When renting the larger area of 282 m², there are 2 entrances to the warehouse.
