2. Top Floor (In a cozy 3-person shared apartment – Available immediately):
A spacious, bright room in an unfurnished state (approximately 18 square meters). On this floor, you will live in a harmonious and quiet 3-person community. Rent: €469 per month, all-inclusive.

The All-Inclusive Concept:
Our rental prices are genuine all-inclusive rates. There are no separate or subsequent utility bills! Everything is included in the rent:
Heating & water, all operating costs, complete household electricity, use of the modern communal kitchens and bathrooms.
Optional add-ons: Use of the professional washing machines and dryers in the laundry room in the basement for a maintenance and energy fee of €15 per month. Our shared living philosophy & requirements:
