We can dismantle our furniture and store it for you.

Our utility costs are truly an "all-inclusive" package, including water, heating, building cleaning, snow removal, etc. – a fixed and predictable amount.

We are looking for long-term tenants who value a collaborative and positive landlord-tenant relationship and are willing to commit for at least one year, preferably longer.
