We are selling our property, which has been in our family for several generations. It's a former farmhouse in a beautiful, peaceful location with friendly neighbors.
There's a large orchard with sheep, featuring apple, pear, plum, and cherry trees, as well as various berry bushes. We used to grow potatoes there as well.

The main house was re-approved at the beginning of 2026 through a simplified process, essentially confirming its current state as it was modified in 1980. This resulted in certain requirements, such as the removal of the oil storage room and the installation of a fire suppression pond. The preliminary approval for the conversion of the outbuilding (currently garages, storage, and a party room with a toilet) is dated May 28, 2026.

Enjoy a peaceful life while being excellently connected by bus, train, and car. The Middendorf bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away and was used daily by the children of the family as a route to the Annette von Droste-Hülshoff Gymnasium in the center of Münster. It's also perfect for teenagers who need to get home independently at night, especially if they usually cycle into the city anyway.
