The modern fitted kitchen, spacious bathroom, and separate bedroom offer the highest level of comfort. A flexible room can be used as a home office, children's room, or guest room. The large balcony invites you to relax in a beach chair and offers a direct view of the Eckernförde harbor and the Eckernförde Bay – a true highlight! The apartment is located in a well-maintained, quiet residential complex with 9 units and is designed to be accessible. A parking space in the underground garage is also available and included in the rental offer. We offer the apartment for a *fixed-term* rental period in two variations:

A rental period between 2 and 12 months is intended to be partially furnished, with individual pieces of furniture being able to be removed or replaced upon request (e.g., the bed). In this case, the rental is possible at the stated flat rate of €1,700 per month (including electricity, internet/telephone, and cable connection). The apartment can also be rented for a fixed term, for a minimum of 12 months and up to 3 years. In that case, the base rent is €1,250 plus advance payments for operating costs: €140, and heating costs: €200, for a total of €1,590 per month. However, electricity, internet/phone, and cable connection costs must be covered by the tenant themselves. We are looking for responsible tenants who appreciate the apartment and its surroundings.
