This detached house, located in a quiet area with a large garden and garage, is available for rent at a discounted price to a family with construction or renovation skills.

The house has a lot of potential, but some of the bedrooms require basic renovation work by the tenant (laying flooring, painting walls and ceilings). The landlord will provide and pay for the materials. In return, the tenant must complete the work themselves upon moving in. If the work is carried out professionally, the tenant will receive a monthly rent reduction of €200 for a period of 2 years.
