Unfortunately, we don't have a fairytale castle available for rent in Haan-Gruiten, but we do have an apartment on the upper floor that's nearby!

This modern, high-quality 3-room apartment with a balcony, open-plan kitchen, and stylish vinyl flooring is located on the upper floor (1st floor) of the newly built, accessible complex at Karl-Niepenberg-Weg 2d & e. It boasts energy-efficient construction and a stunning location on the edge of town, offering breathtaking views over the fields towards Wuppertal-Vohwinkel.

The luxurious features include individually adjustable underfloor heating per room, powered by geothermal energy, floor-to-ceiling windows with electric blinds, a bathroom with an accessible shower, bathtub, and toilet, telephone and cable connections, a video intercom system, a cellar, and a parking space in the underground garage with a 230V connection. Other amenities include an elevator that will transport you and your groceries from the cellar/underground garage to your floor, and a caretaker service that handles all matters inside and outside the building.

The two apartment buildings located at Karl-Niepenberg-Weg 2d & e are situated on the outskirts of Haan-Gruiten. From here, you have a stunning view across the fields to Wuppertal-Vohwinkel.
