Apartment for rent, 1 room, 50 square meters.

I am offering a cozy and bright one-bedroom apartment for rent in a brick building that has undergone partial renovation and is fully furnished. This 50 m² apartment is located in the small village of Těšíkov, guaranteeing a peaceful environment close to nature. The apartment includes a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, sauna, hallway, and cellar.

This is a century-old building without central heating, offering a traditional living experience. The rooms are heated by wood-burning stoves. You will need to chop and bring your own firewood.

The house is surrounded by a large garden where you can grow your own vegetables.

The apartment is ideal for individuals or couples who appreciate romance and nature. Parking is available in front of the house. A bus service connects the village, but having your own car is a significant advantage.

Another apartment is located in the other part of the house, occupied by a family with young children. The hallway, cellar, sauna, and garden are shared.

Internet access is available.

Non-smokers only.

It is not possible to claim housing benefits or super-deductions for this property.
