We are looking for subtenants for a portion of our space located opposite the Rheinsberger Tor train station in Neuruppin.

ESTAruppin is a diaconal organization with various areas of focus.
We have up to 10 offices of varying sizes available for rent on the upper floor, some of which can also be used as meeting rooms, consulting rooms, or offices.
Spaces can be divided starting from 12 square meters.
A kitchen and two restrooms are available for shared use.
In the summer, there is a sunny courtyard where you can relax.

We have a lease agreement that is valid until the end of 2029, so we also need to set a corresponding term for the subtenancy agreements.
