All pipes, electrical wiring, sanitary fixtures, tiles, flooring, doors, door frames, and paintwork were completely renewed. Geothermal energy: Three geothermal boreholes were drilled. Heating: A combination of geothermal energy and electricity, with underfloor heating on the ground floor. For people sensitive to electricity: All electrical wires are shielded, and shielded outlets are used.
