This allows you to move in directly without having to transport or assemble heavy furniture. Would you prefer to bring your own furniture? We can dismantle our furniture and store it for you.

Our washing machines and dryers, located in the communal basement, are available for a fixed monthly fee of €15.

High-speed internet and digital TV are available for €15 per month.
Our utility costs are truly an "all-inclusive" package, including water, heating, building cleaning, snow removal, etc. – a fixed and predictable amount.

We are looking for long-term tenants for a mutually beneficial and happy living arrangement, who are willing to commit for at least one year, and preferably longer.
