Whether you are a student, trainee, or working professional, the most important thing is that you are a good fit for the group and that all residents strive for a harmonious and safe shared living environment (not a party house). Because we value getting to know people in person, we do not conduct online viewings via video call. We require that you visit the property in person. Proof of income is required (a fixed-term employment contract for working professionals, or a straightforward parental guarantee for students).
