Four rooms are available.

* Room 1: Approximately 21 m² – €760 all-inclusive rent
* Room 2: Approximately 19 m² – €750 all-inclusive rent
* Room 3: Approximately 21 m² – €760 all-inclusive rent
* Room 4: Approximately 21 m² (with a private balcony of 12 m²) – €790 all-inclusive rent

All rooms are identically furnished; the only difference is Room 4, which has its own balcony.

Living
These rooms are brand new, having just been completely renovated and furnished. The apartment is currently being renovated and fitted with high-quality furnishings. The photos shown are examples from another apartment in the same building. The kitchen and bathroom are representative of the actual apartment; there may be slight variations in the furniture.

Each room is bright, lockable, and spacious. The furnishings include a large bed (160 × 200 cm) with a high-quality, extra-thick mattress, a duvet, pillows, and a mattress protector. In addition, there is a wardrobe with a mirror, a desk with a lamp, a wall-mounted board, a television with a stand, curtains, door hooks, a laundry basket, towels, and a modern green rug.

Location – Frankfurt-Dornbusch

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (without elevator) of a quiet and well-maintained building in the popular Dornbusch district – one of the most sought-after residential areas in Frankfurt. It's urban, green, and extremely well-connected.

The Hügelstraße subway station (U1, U2, U3, U8) is located right outside the door. Other stations, such as Dornbusch and Fritz-Tarnow-Straße, are within walking distance. From here, you can quickly reach the Hauptwache (main square), the Goethe University, the Südbahnhof (south station), or the city center. Several bus lines provide further excellent connections.

By car, you can reach the A66 and A5 highways in just a few minutes, as well as the city center via Eschersheimer Landstraße.
