Located in the central area of Stuttgart-Degerloch, we are renting out a charmingly furnished one-room apartment in a historic building dating back to 1910. The apartment boasts a unique character, typical of buildings from this era – high ceilings, solid construction, and a living atmosphere distinct from modern, impersonal new developments. The apartment is fully furnished and ready to move in: everything is provided, from the bed to the kitchen appliances, storage space, and lighting, allowing for a hassle-free move without needing to bring your own belongings. As expected with a building from 1910, the apartment has certain characteristics of older buildings: the insulation does not meet modern standards, and regular ventilation is recommended, especially during the winter months, to prevent moisture buildup. Heating is provided by electric storage heaters. We emphasize transparent communication of these features so you can form a realistic picture. The tenant is responsible for registering the electricity and water meters. Due to the size of the apartment, it will only be rented to a single individual. We kindly request your understanding that pets are not allowed in the apartment, and that we only rent to non-smokers. The tenant is required to have personal liability insurance, and the minimum rental period is one year. The following documents are required for a rental agreement: proof of income, a credit report (Schufa), and a personal questionnaire.
