There are two bathrooms with toilets, plus a separate toilet, two kitchens, and two additional shared dining areas, plus the garden, in case you don't want to eat in your own room; one of these dining areas is on a covered balcony, protected from the wind and usable year-round. You have your own washing machine connection, or you can use the communal washing machine in the basement for free. You can bring your own furniture or use the provided furniture. One bathroom and one kitchen are vintage, while the other bathroom and kitchen are brand new. There's no extra charge for furniture. The large garden has two terraces and is for communal use, with the option of being assigned your own area within it. There are 15 free public parking spaces (which feel like a private space) right next to the building, and there are usually several available. There are also additional parking options directly on both quiet streets, accessible only to residents (and guests), above and below the building. There is no garage. There is no basement.
