Location
The situation is almost ideal for students.
There's a bus stop right outside the building, and it's only a 2-minute walk to the main campus.
You can reach the city center by bike in just 5 minutes.
Whether it's Netto, Rewe, Edeka, or Aldi, everything is within a 5-minute walk.

Miscellaneous
Here's who we are:
A diverse group from various fields of study, somewhere between chaotically creative and somewhat organized. We cook, chat, celebrate, and watch football together (even when the score is 0:3, but that just makes it more fun at night). Sometimes we have house parties, sometimes we have relaxed movie nights. We also enjoy taking trips together (Interrail, festivals, city breaks). Our motto? We sleep more than we study. We study more than we party. And we party as much as possible. Work hard – play hard. Anything is possible, nothing is mandatory (except emptying the dishwasher, that's a must).
Here's a little about each of us:
I'm Bjarne, 25, studying industrial engineering/construction in my 6th semester, and I'm up for anything, whether it's go-karting, hiking, football, traveling, or my tenth attempt to learn the piano. I keep the place running with energy and cold beer, but I'm also reliable when it comes to being in lectures or at the gym in the morning. Alex, 26, is studying environmental science and brings a much-needed sense of calm to the group. When he's not playing Skyrim for the tenth time or analyzing soil samples, he annoys us as a Dungeon Master with his deadly dice rolls in tabletop games. Kiran, 21, studies sports management and is our go-to guy for all things related to the lawn. As an HSV fan, regular stadium attendee, and referee, he knows how to keep a cool head in tense situations. Maksym, 20, studies Technology and Operations Management (TOM) and is the calm, very polite soul of our group. You'll often find him taking walks or hanging out with friends by the lake or in the park. He's also the king of the non-stick frying pan. Magnus, 22, is a logistics student in his sixth semester. He's our sports enthusiast (except when it comes to kicking a ball). He's always on the go and the first one to lace up his running shoes, even at 10 pm. Jannis, 21, is a mechanical engineering student in his second semester. His room is a complete workshop thanks to his 3D printer. In the evenings, he's always up for a game of Wizard or a beer.
That could be you (hopefully):
A sociable student who takes their studies seriously but still wants to experience a lot! You're keen on community, have a good sense of humor, and actually leave your room – ideally with a beer, ball, or board game in hand. We're not looking for homebodies. Bonus points if you know how a dishwasher works and can use a frying pan without a tutorial (although we're patient). You don't have to be an entertainer, but we'd love for you to be part of the group.
