A new 4-person shared apartment is being created. The apartment has recently undergone extensive renovations, offering the opportunity to shape the shared living experience from the very beginning. This room has direct access to the balcony and offers sufficient space for a bed, wardrobe, and desk. Room 4 (interior-facing): approximately 10.9 m² (420 € plus utilities)
This room does not have a traditional exterior window. To ensure a comfortable indoor climate, an electric ventilation system with fresh air supply has been installed. An illuminated wall picture also creates a window-like impression. The room will initially be offered unfurnished; furnishing is potentially possible upon agreement. The heart of the shared apartment is the cozy, already furnished communal kitchen. It is fully equipped and, in addition to ample storage space, offers a dining area with a table and six chairs – plenty of space for shared meals, studying, or relaxing evenings together.

The apartment is located in the Petershausen district of Konstanz, near Gottmannplatz, offering a convenient location for students, apprentices, and working professionals. From here, both the city center of Konstanz, as well as the universities and major employers, are easily accessible.

There are shops for everyday necessities in the surrounding area. The public transportation connections are also good, making it easy to reach the city center, university, and other destinations without a car. Many locations in Konstanz can also be reached quickly by bicycle.
