The sale will be conducted through a bidding process. The plot size is 410 m². We will gladly provide you with the asking price upon request. If you are interested in purchasing the plot, we would appreciate your binding offer via email. However, you can also submit your written bid directly without prior inquiry.

After the bidding deadline, all received offers will be reviewed. Please note that, within the framework of the bidding process, the amount of the bid is not the sole determining factor; as the sellers, we reserve the right to freely decide whether or not to accept an offer.
The bidding process does not create any obligation, either for the seller or for the bidders, to conclude a purchase agreement.
