The office space is located on the third floor of a five-story, U-shaped building complex that was officially opened in 2011. The front section of the building houses the hotel operations of the Lindner Hotel Frankfurt Sportpark. The rear section, known as the Walter-Kolb-Haus, offers office space on four floors, as well as a physiotherapy practice on the ground floor. The owner of the building is the German Gymnastics Federation (DTB). Starting in December 2026, the office space on the third floor, with a total area of approximately 1,159 m², will be available for rent. The space can be rented either in its entirety or in portions. For partial rental, the total area can be divided into three sections, each with its own entrance. Section 1 comprises approximately 605 m² (rental area: 545 m²) and includes 14 offices accommodating 37 workstations. Within this area, there is an open-plan kitchen with a lounge area, a small kitchenette, and an IT room. Optionally, one of the larger offices can be used as a conference room. Section 2 comprises approximately 244 m² (rental area: 220 m²) and includes 5 offices accommodating 12 workstations, a conference room (40 m²), and an IT room. Section 3 comprises approximately 303 m² (rental area: 273 m²) and includes 9 offices accommodating 18 workstations, a kitchenette, and an IT room.

Located directly next to Frankfurt's Stadtwald park and very close to the Deutsche Bank Park stadium, is the hotel and administrative building of the German Gymnastics Federation. The Otto-Fleck-Schneise is a well-established location for organized sports and is home to over 20 sports associations and related organizations. In the surrounding area, you will find the German Olympic Sports Confederation, the State Sports Association of Hesse, Eintracht Frankfurt's professional training facility, and other sports associations located in the House of Sports, at the State Sports Association, in the Walter-Kolb-Haus, and in the sports complex in Stadtwald. The Frankfurt Stadion S-Bahn station is approximately a ten-minute walk away. By car, access is via the A3 motorway, exit Frankfurt-Süd. The distance to Frankfurt Airport is approximately 6.6 kilometers. The German Gymnastics Federation's parking garage provides parking. Parking spaces can be rented on a monthly basis. The Lindner Hotel Frankfurt Sportpark offers 111 rooms, four conference rooms for up to 160 people, three boardrooms for up to 10 people, and a restaurant with 144 seats.
