We're looking for a fourth roommate. A lovely, modern, and fully furnished room in a shared apartment is available from mid-August. It's hard to get much more central than this in Würzburg (2 minutes from the train station and the pedestrian zone). It has a sunny view of the green and quiet courtyard of the building. The room features genuine oak parquet flooring in a well-maintained, older apartment building. The room is completely furnished – just bring your suitcases, and we'll take care of the rest. Inside the room: bed, desk, chest of drawers, shelf, and wardrobe. No moving stress, no need for a van – just move in and feel at home.

Washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, and a bright bathroom are all included!
The room is quiet, facing the green courtyard, and is beautifully bright – ideal for studying, working, or simply relaxing.

Size: 15 m² plus 30 m² of shared spaces and a balcony.
Rent: €450 per month (cold rent) plus €150 utilities = €600 per month.
