A room is now available in our friendly 5-person shared apartment, and we are looking for a new roommate. All rooms are bright and airy, feature high-quality flooring, and have been freshly painted white. All rooms are fully furnished – see the sample pictures. The apartment has a large, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, as well as a washing machine and super-fast internet. The kitchen and washing machine are available for use by all members of the shared apartment. Furnishing of the individual room can be arranged on request, for an additional fee.

The apartment is 1 km from the historic center of Spandau. It's a 3-minute bike ride, a 10-minute walk, and approximately 8 minutes by public transport.

The Spandau shopping center, where you can find everything you need, is an 8-minute walk away. The apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful Steglitz district, with all its lovely restaurants, bars, and pubs.
