The Sonnenpfad estate is a lovingly restored historic courtyard located in the Schönfelder Highlands, above Dresden-Pillnitz. Here, exceptional living spaces blend with abundant nature and generous, shared areas, all within the unique atmosphere of an old estate. The apartment offered is located on the upper floor of a beautifully renovated half-timbered house and is ideal for a single person. It consists of a spacious living area, where an open-plan kitchen can be integrated, a modern bathroom with a shower, and an open sleeping gallery. The apartment is currently furnished. The existing furniture can be taken over after consultation, but it is not a requirement for renting the apartment. As a small house within the estate, the half-timbered house has a very special character and offers an exceptional living experience. The apartment has been renovated to a high standard, using ecological materials and with great attention to detail. Historic wooden beams, oak flooring, clay plaster, and natural materials create a pleasant living environment. The large windows make the apartment bright and filled with natural light. The west-facing side offers a beautiful view all the way to the Dresden TV tower, as well as evening sun and atmospheric sunsets. The open-plan sleeping area is accessible via a steeper wooden staircase. A unique feature of the courtyard is the spacious communal areas, totaling approximately 94 square meters, which are available to all residents in addition to their own apartments. These include a large, fully equipped communal kitchen, a utility room, a coat closet, storage space, and an additional toilet. The outdoor areas are also used communally: the terraces adjacent to the communal kitchen, the sheltered historical courtyard with a fireplace, and the approximately 1,920 square meter property with a garden offer plenty of space to relax, garden, and socialize. At the same time, each apartment remains a private retreat. Community can develop here, but it is not a mandatory living arrangement. We are a small and manageable shared living space: the four apartments are designed to accommodate a maximum of seven residents. Our farm is located in the Schönfeld Highlands, above Dresden Pillnitz, nestled in a gentle hilly landscape, surrounded by fields, meadows, and small villages. It's a peaceful, spacious, and natural environment, yet the center of Dresden is easily accessible in a short time.
