We are renting out our newly built, lovingly furnished apartment for a fixed term (18 months) and it is fully furnished. The apartment has a total area of 78.7 square meters. A separate study (approximately 10 square meters) will remain locked during the rental period and will be used by us as private storage space. The remaining approximately 68.6 square meters are available for the tenants and include a spacious living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, hallway, storage room, and balcony. The apartment is fully equipped and will be available from September 2026. All furniture, kitchen appliances, and electrical appliances will remain in the apartment, so you only need to bring your personal belongings. Internet, TV, and streaming services can be added for an additional 55 euros per month. Electricity is not included in the rent and must be arranged and paid for directly by the tenant with the relevant utility provider. The apartment must be returned in a clean condition (broom clean) at the end of the rental period. In addition, a professional final cleaning will be carried out, for which a fixed fee of 200 euros will be charged.
