The members of the student fraternity Corps Saxonia Leipzig are looking for new roommates. Are you a student at a university or college and are currently looking for a room or apartment? Are you tired of a purely functional shared apartment or living in a new building complex in a student dormitory? Then you've come to the right place! We offer a nice room in an old townhouse. There are a total of 7 partially furnished rooms available, each approximately 20 square meters in size. These are spread across our two living floors. The townhouse has four bathrooms, a spacious communal kitchen, a dining room, a bar with a draft system, a salon, and a large ballroom for events. The house was built in 1905 and features many small details, such as a cozy sunroom or a fireplace room with a dartboard. In addition, the large garden with a terrace can be used freely. What do we expect from applicants? Any male student can apply. Honesty and tolerance are particularly important cornerstones of our community. No one should be excluded from our community based on their origin, religion, or political views. What else do we offer? Our community is here to support you on your journey to graduation. Through our mentoring program, you can connect with alumni from a wide range of disciplines. In addition, our parties and events provide many opportunities to meet other new and more experienced students. Overall, life in our student association is characterized by numerous shared activities. We have students from law, industrial engineering, economics, and medicine living in our house. We organize seminars on various topics (whiskey tasting, golf, etiquette, communication, economics), cook together, host game and movie nights, and occasionally visit the stadium. The house is located in a quiet residential area of villas in the Eutritzsch district of Leipzig.
It is easily accessible by car and also by public transport (tram, bus, and suburban train).
The main campus is only 7 stops away, and the tram stop for line 16 is just a 2-minute walk. A large park is located behind the house, offering a pleasant space for walks.
Restaurants, bistros, a café, and a swimming pool are all within a 15-minute walk.
