Hello! We are renting out a bright, 20 square meter room in a shared apartment in the beautiful city of Ludwigsburg. The apartment is very well-maintained and offers a cozy atmosphere.

As we are a female-only shared apartment (for women without children only), we value a harmonious, clean, and quiet living environment. We want the apartment to remain a private space for us women, so we do not allow male visitors (such as partners) in the shared areas. Please also note that pets are not allowed.

The apartment offers you:
Your room: Fully furnished – you can move in immediately.

Shared spaces: A fully equipped built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, as well as a bright bathroom with a shower and washing machine.

Costs:
The total rent, including all utilities, is a flat rate of 500 euros.

The apartment is ideally located in the popular Weststadt district of Ludwigsburg (Keplerstraße 20), offering excellent access to amenities and transportation.

Public Transport: The apartment is just a short 10-minute walk (approximately 800 meters) from Ludwigsburg train station. From there, you can reach Stuttgart Central Station in just over 10 minutes. A bus stop is located practically at the doorstep.

Universities: The Film Academy is within a 15-minute walk. The University of Education (PH) and the Ludwigsburg Vocational College (HVF) are easily accessible by bike or public transport.

Shopping & Leisure: The "Bleyle Quartier" shopping center and the MHPArena stadium are just a few minutes' walk away. Supermarkets, bakeries, doctors, and the city center are conveniently accessible on foot.
