All rooms are 20 square meters in size and partially furnished. We have a total of 7 rooms and 5 bathrooms on our 2 living floors. The townhouse features a large communal kitchen, a dining room, a conservatory, a salon, a bar, and a large communal room. The house was built in 1870 and impresses with many small details, such as the bar with a draft system or the room with a fireplace.

Life in our student association is characterized by numerous shared activities and mutual support in studying.
Two law students, an industrial engineering student, and a medical student currently live in the house.
Shared activities include: seminars on various topics (whiskey tasting, golf, etiquette, communication, economics), cooking, game and movie nights, sports, city visits, and weekend trips.
The large communal spaces encourage people to do things together and offer excellent opportunities for events.

Location
The villa is located in a quiet area of Eutritzsch.
The university is only 7 stops away from the house, and the train station is just a 2-minute walk. Behind the house, there is a large park that invites you to take walks and engage in sports. In addition, the house has a large garden that is freely accessible. You can barbecue there, and of course, there is a small pool for relaxation during the summer.
