We are renting out the apartment for 6 months, from October 1st, 2026, to March 31st, 2027. It is located in an apartment building with an elevator and is accessible without barriers. The flooring is mostly parquet with underfloor heating. The apartment is modern, cozy, and furnished with attention to detail. Since we are only temporarily away from Berlin, the remaining personal belongings create a very welcoming atmosphere. Naturally, there are plenty of empty closets, providing ample space for all your personal items. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to be used for cooking from the first day. We are open to discussing individual items and adjustments as needed, depending on whether you have children, including young children, or require additional workspace.

The apartment is located in a quiet area with a garden, very close to Prenzlauer Berg, with all its bars, clubs, cinemas, and restaurants. It's within walking distance of all essential amenities, including supermarkets, takeaway food places, doctors, pharmacies, schools, and kindergartens. The nearest subway station is approximately 600 meters away, providing access to Alexanderplatz in less than 10 minutes and Potsdamer Platz in less than 20 minutes.
