The roads B 96/B 101 serve as access roads to the A 10 Berlin Ring and also lead to the city motorway A 100. The house therefore has excellent transport links, which is ideal for people who work in the southern half of Berlin, as well as outside Berlin to the south.

Not far from the house is an industrial area, where, among other things, there is a Mercedes facility.
