The furnishings include a 140 x 200 cm bed with mattress, wardrobe, LAN connection, an electrically adjustable desk, and an office chair. The desk and office chair are, of course, included in the rental price. You can practically move in with just your suitcase and start your studies right away. Currently, two young female students live in the apartment. We are looking for another reliable, tidy, and considerate person who values a pleasant and well-maintained living environment. The apartment is ideal for students who are looking for a quiet retreat in addition to their studies. The kitchen was also newly furnished in 2026 and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer-dryer, large refrigerator/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, as well as a table and chairs.
